Dedicated Reporting for Fraudulent Playlists and Curators

I would like to suggest implementing a specific reporting tool for playlists and curators suspected of using fake placements. While some errors are understandable, the volume of cheating occurring daily is becoming unmanageable.

I propose a "three strikes" policy: if a curator is caught cheating three times, they should be banned from the platform. Furthermore, I suggest creating a public "Red Board" (blacklist) that lists these fraudulent playlists. This would provide essential transparency and prevent artists from wasting their money on fake engagement.
