declining without l istening

How are some of these people allowed to be on this site.   I have literally watched a song get declined 5 seconds after submission which means the curator isn't even attempting to listen.   Do these curators just have there own music on there and do lip service by pretending to listen? I've cancelled premium because its a waste of effort.   you can be a 3/3 match and get a message that says "not quite for my list" in 5 seconds flat.   So if they aren't going to listen why do you allow them to be part of your site.
