Curators approving submission then immediately removing song from playlist

Unfortunately this seems to be an ongoing issue. I submit to curators, I get an email notifying me that my song has been approved, I click the playlist link to check the playlist out further and my song is no where to be found. Is this a glitch, or an unethical way to do business?
