Curators accepting submissions for private playlists

I've submitted to a curators who has seemed to cheat the system into allowing him to accept submissions for a playlist that has since been switched to private instead of public. Curator has an insane amount of playlists on their profile, but i looked through them all, ane even looked through all the search results for the playlist itself. I can confidently say that the playlist is accessible through link only. I can't even report this guy, how am I supposed to get him banned? How do I get my credits refunded?
