Critical Bug Report – Platform

I’m experiencing a serious issue that is making the platform effectively unusable.

While reviewing submissions, the system frequently freezes or gets stuck. After refreshing the page or restarting the process, the platform keeps showing me the exact same tracks that I have already accepted previously.

The problem is that those accepted tracks were never actually sent to their destination playlists, yet they continue to reappear in my review queue. As a result, I am unable to progress normally through new submissions because the system repeatedly cycles back to the same songs.

I have already tried the standard troubleshooting steps multiple times, including:

• Clearing the browser/app cache
• Restarting my phone
• Closing and reopening the application
• Repeating the process several times

Unfortunately, the issue persists.

At the moment, this bug is preventing me from reviewing new submissions and managing my playlists correctly.
