Cant Submit new song

Tried submitting new track on to track explorer and as standard, but each time it gets stuck on page 1. When I paste in the link nothing happens. Have tried submitting on phone and desktop but no luck. I managed to get through to the playlist section by pasting the link in the home page submit section (get started page) but then none of the playlists load. Just says zero results. (tried changing the filters/genres) Been this way for about 24 hours
