Can't receive confirmation emails

I tried multiple email addresses but I’m not receiving any emails from the verify email address page.

These emails were used to create my Spotify accounts (they’re still linked to Spotify):
edytamizera5@outlook.com

konradbabij6@outlook.com

I’ve checked junk/spam folders and I can’t find anything…
It seems like all the confirmation emails just weren’t sent at all.
