Bug to send music

I subscribed to the professional plan. But I didn't like it. I try to send my music and the screen freezes and nothing happens.
I was able to use DP without any problems when I was in free mode. Now that I've paid for a plan I can't use the service.
The print screen shows what the screen looks like when I try to send a song.
I've been trying to do this for a few hours and the problem persists.

I want a solution, please.
