I canceled my subscription on September 23, 2025, right after a failed payment attempt at midnight. However, the system retried the payment later the same day and successfully charged my card.
Invoice number: #64484 Amount: $19.99 Date: Sep 23, 2025 Card: Visa ending 9603
Since I canceled before the payment went through, I kindly request a refund for this charge. Please process the refund directly back to my original payment card (Visa ending 9603).
