AVOID DUPLICATED AND TRIPLICATED SUBMISSIONS

Hey again team.

This times would be about create a system that allows to see when we already made a submission in order to avoid Playlists duplicates or triplicates, broken deals, waste of credits etcetera.

For instance:

In my specific case I curate first for listeners, then for artists, cuz the best results are when you got a Playlists with several listeners. That´s the main target that leads to more artists want to get in those Playlists.

Thas why I take care of my PlayLists like gold or diamond. I can have a Playlist like those in screenshots cuz is not good nor serious for new mor regular listeners.

As an artist is excellent. As a Curator is awfull.

So create a mechanism to detect and stopped duplicates would improve all ecosystem at all.
