I came out with a new track nearly 2 weeks ago and I have automatic submission campaign for it, but there have been zero submissions in this nearly 2 week period

    Hello James, thanks for flagging this.

    Please can you send a screenshot of your Artist Pro dashboard?

    In there you should be able to see and manage all submissions sent - also please make sure that your campaign is active!
