Artist and Curator

As an artist I saw a lot of curators dont decline or accept my song. It is getting so bad image of dailyplaylist masters. You should penalise curators who leave the work undone, and give some kind of bonus to those who do it.

As a curator, I'm doing a lot of hard work, listening to a lot of songs I receive every day. However, for having less than 1000 followers, you don't give me any kind of bonus. What incentive do I have to do my job every day? At the beginning it seemed that the incentive was that every person who sent me a song would follow my playlist, but as I have observed that no longer happens... so why do I spend my time here?
