artificial traffic detected using dailyplaylists

Hello, how are you? Using your service Spotify have detected artificial traffic. I want my songs "Pasala, Pasala ," 2 pa 2 ," and "Somos el cien" removed from the playlists... because my Spotify account could be deleted due to this artificial and fraudulent traffic. I dont know how i can remove my song from your playlist. Thank you very much!
