2 weeks without automatic send

Hi,

Is been like 2 or 3 weeks )since 10th-18th march without automatic playlist send while being on the artist pro tier.

Also I’ve got one song in the campaign but nothing’s doing the automatically playlist…

Is there any trouble in my account or is a bug?
